How to fit, use and adjust

Measure once, adjust in two minutes, and your dog is ready to go. Bruce tested every step. Otis mostly supervised.

Measuring your dog

Neck
Measure around the base of the neck, where a collar naturally sits.
Belly / girth
Measure around the widest part of the chest, just behind the front legs.
Two-finger rule
Once fitted, two fingers should slide flat under every strap. Snug, never tight.

Between sizes? Size up.

PVC collar sizes

XS 19–26 cm neck · S 20–30 · M 30–40 · L 40–50 · XL 50–60. Measure where the collar sits and add two fingers.

Putting on the Comfort Harness

  1. 1Unclip both quick-release buckles and loosen the straps a little.
  2. 2Slip the neck loop over your dog's head, with the B&O label facing forward on the chest.
  3. 3Bring the belly strap under the chest and click both buckles closed behind the front legs.
  4. 4Pull the slider straps until it's snug, then check the two-finger rule on every strap.
  5. 5Clip the lead to the back D-ring for everyday walks.

Using the hands-free braided lead

Hand-held
Clip the hook back to the ring for a classic handle loop.
Crossbody
Loop it over your shoulder and across your body to walk hands-free.
Waist
Wrap it around your waist and clip it closed for runs.
Tie-up
Loop it around a post for a quick coffee stop.

Care

PVC collars and leads: rinse with fresh water and wipe dry, especially after the beach.
Harness and canvas: hand wash in cool water with mild soap and air dry.
Brass hardware can soften in colour over time. A quick wipe keeps it bright.

How long until my order ships?

Orders are packed in Toowoomba and usually leave within 2 business days.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email us as soon as you can. If Bruce hasn't sealed the box yet, we'll sort it.

What is your return policy?

Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Yes. Email us with your order number and the size you need.

Can I get a refund instead?

Yes. Refunds go back to your original payment method once we receive the return.
