Questions, answered
What can someone see when they scan the tag?
They see how to contact you, using the details you choose to share, plus anything else you add to help get your pet home. They never see your other personal details.
Can I change my details later?
Yes. You can update your pet's Collarmate Profile whenever something changes, and the same tag keeps working.
Can the engraving be changed?
No. Once a tag is engraved it's permanent, so please check the name carefully before you order.
Which size should I choose?
XS suits toy breeds and cats, S suits small dogs, M suits medium dogs and L suits large dogs. If you're between sizes, go by the width of their collar.
Where are the tags made?
Every Collarmate Tag is laser engraved to order in Toowoomba, Queensland, and comes with a split ring ready to clip onto their collar.
